Configuration parameters
- url — Quest KACE URL, in the format https://company.works.com/ (required)
- credentials — Username (required)
- isFetch — Fetch incidents
- fetch_time — First fetch time range (<number> <time unit>, e.g., 1 hour, 30 minutes)
- fetch_shaping — Shaping query parameter for tickets
- fetch_filter — Filter for the tickets
- fetch_limit — Fetch limit per query
- fetch_queue_id — Queue number for fetch query
- incidentType — Incident type
- incidentFetchInterval — Incidents Fetch Interval
- insecure — Trust any certificate (not secure)
- proxy — Use system proxy settings
