## Get access to BMC Helix Remedyforce
The credentials(username and password parameters) are used to authenticate with the RemedyForce and SalesForce API for the provided instance URL. 
- Navigate to the following location to create a new User- Remedyforce Administration>> Manage user>> Create a new User
- The role of the user should have access to service requests and incidents.
