## Access to Cisco ESA
- The username and password credentials are used to authenticate with the Cisco ESA API for the provided instance URL.

- The user role should have access privilages to the following:
    - Email Reporting, Access to data from all Email Appliances, All Reports
    - Message Tracking, View Message Tracking
    - Quarantines, Quarantines Access
    - Spam Quarantine from Quarantine types list

## Time Zone
- The time zone should be configured to GMT +00:00.

- In the time zone configuration settings, set the following:
    - Region: GMT offset
    - Country: GMT
    - Time zone: GMT (GMT)
