### Cypho Threat Intelligence Integration

#### Overview

This integration ingests threat intelligence indicators, category metadata, incidents, ticket state updates, and file attachments from the Cypho platform into Cortex XSOAR for enrichment and automation. It synchronizes the lifecycle of Cypho issues so that XSOAR incidents accurately reflect the current state of Cypho tickets. The integration streamlines SOC workflows, reduces manual effort, and preserves SLA accountability tracking such as MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) and assignment-based analyst ownership metrics.

- Automatically fetch and map new incidents from Cypho into Cortex XSOAR.
- Apply threat enrichment and normalization using XSOAR automation modules.
- Synchronize severity, comments, approvals, and dismissal states.
- Import ticket file artifacts and append them to the incident timeline.
