Follow these instructions to successfully instantiate an instance of the Freshservice integration.
Enter an API token and your Server URL.

Follow these instructions to retrieve the API token.
1. Log in to your Freshservice account as an administrator.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Profile settings" from the dropdown menu.
3. In the left sidebar, click on "API Key".
4. On the API Key page, click on the "Generate Key" button.
5. A new API key will be generated for you. Copy the generated API key and keep it secure.

Note that the API key is generated with different permissions. For using the 'Test' button to validate the credentials, your API token will need at least the view tickets permission.

Enter your Server URL -
If the Freshworks Freshservice name for your company is, for example, 'taltal', then the Server URL configuration parameter you would enter would be 'https://taltal.freshservice.com'.
