Generate a RiskIQ PassiveTotal API credentials

RiskIQ PassiveTotal works best for existing enterprise clients, though is functional for free clients as well. In order to leverage the functionality within this application, users must first register for an account on [RiskIQ Community](https://community.riskiq.com/) using a corporate email address. Once verified, API keys can be found within the [Account Settings](https://community.riskiq.com/settings) page.

Notice: Submitting indicators using the **domain** command of this integration might make the indicator data publicly available.  See the vendor’s documentation for more details.
