To use Twilio:
1.	Register to Twilio at: https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio
2.	After completing the registration go to: https://www.twilio.com/user/account/messaging/getting-started
3.	Select “show API credentials”
4.	Copy the Account SID and AUTH TOKEN
5.	If you do not have a sending number, Go to: https://www.twilio.com/user/account/phone-numbers/getting-started
Select: “get your first Twilio phone number”. Follow the instructions and copy the chosen number.
6.	Once complete use the “!sms-send” command to send text messages
