Automated Docker bump across 242 packs, with no functional content change

The day’s only commit is the automated Docker update from the 2026-07-30 pipeline, touching 827 files across 242 packs.
Every content line in the diff is a Docker image reference, a version bump, or the release note announcing it — 343 integration and script entries got a new image and nothing else.
The two exceptions are non-ASCII characters re-encoded in the IBM Guardium and Apigee pack descriptions.
No integration commands, playbooks, mapping or detection logic moved.

BIOC rules are not tracked yet — that sync signs in to a live Cortex tenant, so there is nowhere for an unattended daily export to run.
