Email Threads

Use this tab for email communications

Fill out boxes from top to bottom to construct and send email messages. You must enable the "Show Empty Fields" checkbox to see all needed fields. Use the "Reply To Existing Thread" workflow to respond to an existing email communication thread. Use the "New Thread" workflow to start a new email communication thread.

Step 1 (New Thread)

Enter Email Recipients (required) and CC/BCC (optional). Enter a subject for the new email thread.

Step 2 (New Thread)

Enter Email Body Text. Markdown formatting will be converted to HTML when message is sent, but requires XSOAR 6.5+ to render here.

Step 1 (Reply To Existing Thread)

Enter the thread number to reply to (see list to the left). Add any additional recipients to include on CC

Step 3: Add Attachments & Send Message

Select attachments to include on the email to be sent (both New Threads and Replies to Existing Threads) Click the button to send your message when finished.
