Cortex XSOAR interfaces with Freshservice to help streamline security-related service management and IT operations.
What does this pack do?
- Views, creates, updates, and deletes a Freshservice ticket directly from Cortex XSOAR.
- Views, creates, updates, and deletes records from the Freshservice users, vendors, software and purchase orders.
- Fetches Freshservice tickets.
- Mirrors incoming Freshservice tickets in Cortex XSOAR.
- Mirrors Cortex XSOAR tickets in Freshservice (please note that ‘impact’, ‘urgency’, and ‘attachments’ fields can be update only after the first mirroring in).
- Supports service request, incident, change request, release request, problem request and all ticket type tasks.
